Notes:
  • Where no footholds are specified, any are legitimate.
  • Discs are circular inserts.
  • Smears and features are any part of the wall, excluding holds with rock inserts, holes (pockets) and discs.
  • Most problems can be made significantly harder by using smears and feautres only for feet.
  • A sitting/seated start means that a person's bottom is the last body part to leave the floor. So, no feet or hands pushing down on the floor.
  • Marked holds for feet means feet use the same holds as those specified for hands in the description (ie. in the hold sequence)
